Installation guide
Installation and site requirements
The machine arrives pre-assembled, but safe placement, utility connections and commissioning remain site responsibilities. Use the final model-specific manual and installation drawing.
Confirm the final electrical specification
Before preparing the circuit, obtain the order-specific voltage, phase, frequency, running load, startup requirements, wiring diagram and nameplate details. Ask a qualified local electrician to select the supply, protective devices and connection method for the actual equipment and local requirements.
The promotional proposal lists a broad AC110–240V, 50/60Hz range, 3.8 kW and 30 A. These figures are preliminary and do not establish that every configuration operates on any US outlet. Do not use this combination to select a breaker, conductor or voltage converter without the manufacturer’s final confirmation.
Prepare water, drainage and ventilation
- The product literature specifies municipal tap water and a raw-water pressure of at least 0.1 MPa for the referenced bagged model. Confirm final water-quality, connection, flow and pressure requirements; see RO filtration.
- Provide an approved drain arrangement for the machine’s actual waste-water and cleaning needs. Ask the installer to confirm backflow and drainage requirements for the site.
- Keep heat-rejection airflow and service openings clear. Request exact clearances rather than applying an unverified distance.
- Assess the actual climate and protection needed. The published ambient range is not an enclosure weatherproofing or freezing-protection certification.
Measure placement and service access
Use the approved drawing for cabinet size, base support, door swing and maintenance clearances, and the packing list for delivery access. The brochure contains two reference cabinet sizes, so final dimensions must be confirmed before pouring a base or building an enclosure.
Arrange safe unloading and secure placement following the manufacturer’s handling instructions. Check the route from the truck to the operating position, overhead clearance and whether future removal or component replacement is possible.
Connect payments and remote management
Confirm the selected terminal’s local activation and currency settlement before launch. Network requirements depend on the configured controller, terminal and communication module. Test both customer payment and remote management at the actual location, not only in the factory.
Commission before opening to customers
- Inspect for transport damage, remove transport restraints only as instructed and verify that accessories match the order.
- Have the installer check connections and follow the manual’s initial cleaning, flushing and startup procedure.
- Run ice-making, weighing, bag/cup dispensing and optional sealing tests; check for leaks and correct pickup operation.
- Test approved payment methods, transaction records and fault alerts. Record the startup date, configuration and responsible operator.
Ask us for the final manual and arrange remote guidance. Use the maintenance schedule framework for ongoing operator checks; online instructions are not a substitute for trained electrical or refrigeration work.
