The demonstration uses a card terminal. Available methods depend on the ordered configuration and local provider activation.
- Wait for processing and packaging
The machine prepares the order inside the cabinet. Standard bag filling and optional sealing are confirmed in the equipment order.
- Collect the ice bag
Retrieve the filled bag from the pickup compartment.

How automatic ice vending works
- Prepare and make ice. The water treatment and ice-making systems prepare ice for storage.
- Customer selects and pays. The touchscreen guides the order through the configured payment method.
- Weigh and fill the bag. The machine portions ice for the quoted 5 kg bag format.
- Collect the ice. The customer retrieves the filled bag. Add the automatic sealing option if your operation needs sealed bags.
Unattended sales still require an operator to replenish bags, clean the machine, maintain filters and check its condition. We provide setup instructions and remote support.

Site preparation and international delivery
Before confirming an order, send your country, delivery address and expected daily demand. We will review the site electrical supply, available space, water source, drainage and ventilation requirements with you. Confirm the final machine dimensions, packed dimensions, weight and electrical specification before preparing the installation.
The machine is delivered pre-assembled. Site connections and startup checks still need to be completed using our instructions. Shipping options and lead time depend on the destination and agreed configuration.
